  1. Go to http://www.OneCallNow.com and click on the "login" button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

  2. Enter the "Group ID" that is found on your coaching packet.  If you do not know your Group ID, send an email through the Contact Us page to the "General Coaching" list.  For the "Password", enter the PIN number that is also on your coaching packet.  You will choose a new password later in the registration process.

  3. Choose a new password

  4. For the security question, use the common question and answer for the DPRYS soccer club.  This will allow us to administer changes in contact information that is reported to us for your team.  If you do not remember the common question and answer, send an email through the Contact Us page to the "General Coaching" list.

  5. Next, enter the your contact information.  For the "Organization Name", enter "DPRYS", and be sure to set the "Time Zone" field to "Central Standard Time".  We recommend you leave the PIN number set to the default value.  Click on "Next Page" when finished.

  6. You will need to accept the OneCall service agreement by checking on the appropriate box at the bottom of the page.  Click "Submit" when finished.

Congratulations!  You are now ready to send your group a message through OneCall!

Coaches instructions for sending messages

When sending messages be sure to follow the prompts until you hear, "Message delivery has been confirmed." If you hang up before this prompt, your message will not be sent.

  1. Dial 877-698-3261 (Additional numbers are 866-321-4255 or 614-384-2335).

  2. At the Group Leader prompt press # (the pound sign) followed immediately by your Group ID and PIN. (For example, #1234567890.)

  3. On your first login, you will be prompted to record your Group Name and Greeting. This introduction will be played before every message, for example, “Hi, this is Bruce from the Bike Club.” You will only do this step one time. Your Group Greeting is 6 seconds. Record and accept your Group Greeting.  (See Group Greeting for more information.)

  4. At the One Call Now Leader Menu, press 1 to send a message to your Group.

  5. The next prompt will ask if you need to record a touch tone response from your members.  Press # if you do not need a touch tone response or press 1 to capture a touch tone response.  (See Group Polling for more information about recording touch tone responses.)

  6. Record your message. At the tone, you will have 45 seconds.  Press # to stop recording.

  7. Listen to your message and make sure it is clear and complete. Press 1 to accept or press 2 to re-record your message.
If your service plan does not include Subgroups or if you have not created any Subgroups, skip to Step 10.
