Team Message Delivery System for De Pere Rapides Youth Soccer Club
The default calling time is set to deliver messages from 8AM to 9PM local for each member being called.
The first time you send a message to your group, you will be prompted to record
your Message Introduction. THIS IS NOT YOUR ACTUAL MESSAGE. This introduction will
be played before every message you send. For example, "Hi, this is Bruce, your daughter's
Soccer Coach." You will only do this step one time. After recording your introduction,
you will continue through the prompts to record your new message.
1. Dial 877-698-3261 (Alternative numbers are 866-321-4255 or 614-384-2335).
2. You will be prompted, as a Group Leader, to enter the pound sign (#) followed by your Group Number & Pin. (Enter #, your Group ID and Pin as an 11 digit string. For example, #12345678901.)
3. If you have not recorded your introduction, you will be prompted to do so now. This will be the standard greeting played at the beginning of all your messages. Your Message Introduction is limited to 3 seconds. Record and accept your Message Introduction.
4. At the OneCall Now Leader Menu, press 1 to send a message to your group.
5. You will be prompted to designate a touch tone response. Press 1 to designate a touch tone response, or press # if you do not need a touch-tone response.

6. Record your message. At the tone, you will have 30-60 seconds (depending upon your package) to record your message. Press # to end recording.
7. Listen to your message and make sure it is clear and complete. Press 1 to accept, or press 2 to re-record your message.
8 Press 1 to modify your delivery options, or press # to send your message now.
NOTE: OneCall Now will start delivering your message.

Log in to your account by group code and pin. Follow the directions to make adjustments.
The online call reports show you which phone numbers received your message, and
whether the call was delivered to a person or an answering machine. To learn more
